Communication Development of Children

Delivered by a Speech and Language Therapist this training course will cover the communication stages of young children 0 -5 years. You will learn about ages and stages, how children learn to talk, what you should expect to be hearing when and how you can help the process. You will also learn what to do if your child is not developing good communication.

This course is for you if you are: Interested in child development, if you are a parent, if you are a carer, if you are a nursery or an early years worker, if you look after children.

This course takes place at Ilminister Avenue Specialist Children's Centre Throgmorton Rd and Brentry and Henbury Children's Centre. It lasts for 2.5 hours and any childcare costs will be paid.

We are asking attendees to become Communication Ambassadors. We will provide you with a goody bag of 60 resources for you to pass out to family, friends and anyone who may benifit from this information.
