Restorative Bristol Conference - Exploring how Bristol can become a restorative city
Voscur and Avon and Somerset Probation Trust are organising a Restorative Justice Conference for voluntary and community sector and public sector partners. The one day conference on Tuesday 11 December at the Colston Hall, Bristol will over a broad range of initiatives that incorporate Restorative Justice approaches. The conference is free but booking will be essential.
The conference will focus on how Bristol can become a restorative city
and will include;
- Marilyn Harrison, Chair of Safer Bristol Executive, Assistant Chief Probation Officer for Avon and Somerset Probation Trust and one of Bristol's Strategic Leaders will open the conference and give her personal message on Moving Bristol Forward to Restorative City Status.
- Keynote speakers
Ray and Vi Donovan, the Chris Donovan Trust.
Campaigners for Restorative Justice since the murder of their son Chris in 2001.
Marian Liebmann, International RJ trainer and consultant.'Restorative Justice – an international movement’.
Jackie Milner, The Orchard School
