Two-hour session to the topic of 'Self-care, self-acceptance, self-love'. In the first part I will give an introduction to Nonviolent Communication and in the second part I'll lead through a self-empathy guided reflection, where participants will learn to get in touch with their needs and how to meet them. We recommend using a laptop or computer rather than mobile phone or iPad. Max. number of participants: 18.

This class is intelligently designed for women by women and is a modern workout that incorporates cultural dances such as Bellydance, fitness and yoga as well as pilates.

It is a 10 minutes warmup, followed by 25 minutes of dance infused cardio moves then followed by 20 minutes of stretch and body conditioning.
