The current difficult economic climate is having an impact on voluntary and community sector organisations.
This course is about how your organisation can review all aspects of its work to identify and manage all areas of risk. It is about risk in the wider organisational sense and will cover Charity Commission guidance and requirements.
The day will include:
- The need for trustees/management committee members and chief execs to identify and manage risk
- How risk impacts on the three key areas of operational performance, achievement of aims and objectives, and meeting expectations of funders and service users
- The key areas of risk that need to be explored
- Developing a process for identifying and managing risk
- Resources to support you
