Description: 

Bristol Citizens Advice Bureau, in partnership with Royal British Legion and Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund wish to appoint an experienced benefits and debt caseworker.
The successful candidate will provide a welfare rights and money advice service to serving UK Armed Forces personnel, ex-UK Armed Forces Personnel and their dependents.
To be successful will require considerable experience of advice work including welfare benefits and money advice. Additional skills must include effective oral, writing and numeracy skills and an ordered approach to work together with the ability to use IT in the provision of casework service. This post covers a wide geographical area and so a clean driving licence and access to own vehicle will be required.
