ESF Sub-contractor Contact Details Required by 5 March

The National Offender Management Service (NOMS) has requested that organisations seeking to become European Social Fund subcontractors on its contracts are required to enter their contact details onto their contacts database by Friday March 5th

In order to do so organisations must register on the NOMS procurement system.

• To do so Go to NOMS Procurement Home and click 'Supplier Registration' on the left to register your organisation by completing the form
•  When registered you will receive an e-mail - return to the NOMS Procurement Home page and login (right hand side of screen)
•  Then under 'Tender Projects' on the right hand side, go to ‘PQQs Open to all suppliers’.
•  Click on 'European Social Fund' then 'Express Interest' on the left hand side.
•  When complete go to 'Buyer Attachments' on the left handside to download the relevant documents
•  When the contact form is complete, return using ‘Messages’ on the left hand side. Go to ‘Create messages’.
