Description:
Voscur is seeking to appoint a Health and Social Care Co-ordinator who will develop and facilitate a network of voluntary and community sector organisations working within health and social care in Bristol.
The successful applicant will encourage and support groups to take a strategic role in the development of services for adults, children and young people.
