Children's Scrapstore Roadshow

BRINGING LOW COST CREATIVE RESOURCES & ART TRAINING TO YOU.

At Hutton Village Hall, Main Road, Hutton, North Somerset

Children's Scrapstore will be turning the venue into a Scrapstore for the day! Low cost creative resources such as paper, card, fabric, netting, foam, plastic pots, tubs, tubes and much, much more will be on sale to the public and Scrapstore members for just £4 a bin bag.

The Roadshow events are ideal for parents, carers, play and youth workers and anyone who needs creative materials. All materials are clean and safe, and have been donated to Children's Scrapstore by local businesses who wanted the leftovers to be re-used rather than go direct to landfill.

Two FREE scrap art workshops will also run at the events. The workshops are an ideal way to learn a new creative skill and be inspired. All participants receive a certificate of learning. The workshops run on a first come, first served basis so there is no need to book in advance.

Also on sale at the events will be a selection of art and craft goods from Scrapstore's shop 'Artrageous'. Glitter, glues, tissue and crepe paper, pompoms, pipecleaners, sequins and lots more will be available.

Entry to the events is free to Scrapstore members, £2 to non-members. Children are welcome with an adult.

The Scrapstore Roadshow Project is run in Bath & NE Somerset and North Somerset through the assistance of Bath & NE Somerset Council, North Somerset Council and the Lloyds TSB Foundation for England & Wales. Four events run in each local authority per year.
