Experienced trainer Latif Ismail will deliver training on how to take steps to ensure your workplace is welcoming, inclusive and increasingly representative of different cultures. Topics explored will include the tension between ‘Valuing Individuals and Managing Diversity’ and whether it is possible to aim for a culturally inclusive workforce and be an equal opportunities employer.
