Sweet Training: Relationships at work: stay out of the drama triangle!

This highly interactive training day is based on a model of looking at 4 main types of behaviour: persecutor, victim, rescuer and leveller. The aim of the day is to reflect on our own behaviour in the workplace as well as that of others in order to improve relationships, understand why things go wrong and how to put them right. Trainer, Rowena Harris has spent many years working with groups of people who hold very different views of the world. She has found this model a useful tool to help her manage the conflict that can arise in different situations.
