This course explores ways that individuals can manage their work, time, and personal life and become more effective. It will cover topics including motivation, effective ‘To Do’ lists, tried and tested organisational techniques, tackling paperwork and how to identify and reduce time wasting activities.
Who will benefit from this course: All staff that feel they are not in control of their own workload.
