Sweet Training: Advanced assessment and support planning

Working with hard to reach, reluctant or ambivalent clients often requires assessment and support planning skills that are more developed than the norm. This course will increase the confidence and expertise of staff when working with such clients, the course is very practical in nature and focuses on the needs of the worker and the client.
