NVQ Advice and Guidance at City of Bristol College
Open Learning or 12 week part-time course.
Level 2 for administrators or customer service staff within an advice and/or guidance organisation.
Level 3 for practitioners within advice and/or guidance organisations, working directly with clients, disseminating information, advice and some level of guidance.
Level 4 for experienced practitioners within advice and/or guidance organisations who manage a caseload.
