All members of the public are invited to an Open Information Evening on Weds 16th April 2008 from 7-9pm at Kuumba Hall and Café (20-23 Hepburn Road, St Pauls, Bristol BS2 8UD).  There will be food, information, discussion and lots of opportunity to get signed up for your part in Carnival.
