Business Development Employment Coordinator
An exciting job opportunity has come up with Mencap Pathway Employment Service and A Clean Sweep Cooperative thanks to funding from The Esmee Fairbairn Foundation.
A Clean Sweep is a cleaning company with contracts in Bristol & South Glos area. The Company is run and staffed by people with a learning disability and your role will be to work with the A Clean Sweep members to develop their business plan, sourcing additional contracts, increasing job opportunities and funding their own ongoing business support.
You will work with the local Service Manager and a Job Trainer to market the business to potential customers and help build the infrastructure needed to turn the cooperative into a thriving social enterprise. The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week and an enhanced CRB will be required. This position is initially funded for 2 years and the annual salary of £17,272 is subject to a pay review each October.
