Employment Job Trainer
An exciting job opportunity has come up with Mencap Pathway Employment Service and A Clean Sweep Cooperative thanks to funding from The Esmee Fairbairn Foundation.
A Clean Sweep is a cleaning company with contracts in Bristol & South Glos area. The Company is run and staffed by people with a learning disability and your role will be to work with the A Clean Sweep members provide appropriate training support to the members of A Clean Sweep (ACS) and day to day hands on support for the business.
In addition to working alongside the members of A Clean Sweep you will work in partnership with the local Service Manager and a Business Development Coordinator.
The standard hours of work are 16 hours per week* and an enhanced CRB will be required. This position is initially funded for 2 years and the annual pro rata salary of £14980 is subject to a pay review each October. (*Fewer hours could be an option, please contact us to discuss).
