To Challenge unjust public bodies funding and consultation decisions.

The project will provide training to equip the Voluntary Sector with the skills to negotiate effectively. With public bodies on issues such as challenging funding cuts, failures to consult on policy changes, and local authority decisions concerning the provision of services.

The workshop aims to help you to:-

* Develop an understanding of the principles of Public Law
* Identify when a Public Body has not acted Lawfully
* To understand the solutions available to you
