This course aims to develop an understanding of culture and it's influence on communication.
The course will cover:-
* Raising awareness of culture and its influences on communication
* To enable participants to identify aspects of their own culture
* To compare and contrast aspects and values of other cultures
* The experience of encountering difference and its impact on individuals
* The use of 'Core Conditions' to help increase cultural sensitivity
