Open Evening - St Pauls Collocation Project

You are invited to an
Open Evening to find out more about The St Paul’s Collocation Project at Cabot Primary School.

In January 2008, the Council approved funding for the Collocation Project within the Dove Lane Regeneration Project, which will bring together on one site in St Paul’s:
•    Cabot Primary School: a new building with new external facilities, increasing the size of the school to accommodate 420 pupils.
•    Children’s Centre:  a new children’s centre replacing St James’ & St Agnes’ Nursery School              & Children’s Centre, to cater for children aged 0 – 4.
•    The Welsman Centre: reprovided as a new facility.
•    Doctor’s Surgery: although not yet confirmed, we are hoping to include this.
The Collocation Project will be the most advanced in Bristol, providing state-of-the-art sustainable design.  As part of the wider Dove Lane Regeneration Project and subject to funding we are hoping that changes can be made to the St Paul’s Community Sports Centre, which currently supports the curriculum of Cabot Primary School.  
The Dove Lane Regeneration Project is being developed by Places for People and the PG Group with the Bristol City Council.  A joint planning application is planned for the end of the year.
