Recruitment and Selection of Staff

This course is provided by Bristol Association for Neighbourhood Daycare Ltd (BAND).

The course aims to provide participants with a range of skills and knowledge to effectively recruit paid and unpaid staff in a play / childcare setting, in line with current legislation and equal opportunities practice.

Target Group: Anyone responsible for recruitment and selection of staff in a play / childcare setting.

Tutor(s): Annie Soffe - BAND Training Officer & Kate Jones - Bristol City Council. Kate has a wide range of experience in recruitment and selection across sectors.

Refreshments: Tea, coffee & squash provided.

Cost: Free to all Bristol-based childcare workers, however a £10 refundable deposit per person is required to secure a place. £25 to all others. Separate cheques payable to 'BAND Ltd' please.
