Details: To provide an understanding that despite the time pressures faced in the place of work, good support & supervision of staff brings real benefits to an organisation. This course explores the meaning, content, delivery and benefits of effective support & supervision for your organisation and your colleagues using active learning techniques.
In particular, through use of case studies, discussion and role-play, this course will involve using experiential tools and effective approaches to assist participants in handling difficult supervision situations.
