With the climate of rapid funding changing regime, this course will look at the issues around organisations that need go down the route of winding up or merging.

This workshop is suitable for Trustees, Managers and Project Co-ordinators and will cover:-

* Why do you need an Exit Strategy
* How to Formulate a strategy
* Warning Signs
* Procedures and practice in the exit route
* How to protect your staff and trustees through this process

This Workshop will be led by: Amelia Leung and Dildar Singh from BDA. Amelia is a qualified Solicitor based in Bristol Centre. She started her practice in November 1996. She will share her experience from her years of service on Trustee Boards and her legal practice.
