NOCN Certificate in Community Development

A dynamic course for people who want to gain a qualification in Community Development. This course is suitable for paid workers, community activists and volunteers. It covers such topics as Principles and Practice, Social Justice and Community Group Work Skills. It is available at Level 2 and Level 3 (your choice of level will depend on how much experience you have in this field, and on your confidence in studying). It will run every Wednesday in term-time from 8th October 2008 to July next year at Barton Hill Settlement. Fees are £700 for Level 2 (£62.50 if on benefit) and £800 for Level 3 (£75 if on benefit).
