An evening with Big Bill Broonzy

Following a sell out appearance earlier this year, Okon Ubanga Jones returns with his one-man tribute to the Chicago Blues King, Big Bill Broonzy; written by Horfield resident and award winning writer Will Grealish. Thanks to an innovative partnership between the Creative Heart Theatre Company, the Upper Horfield Community Trust and the Bristol Community Housing Foundation, the Musical Play, An Evening with Big Bill Broonzy reappears by popular demand. This is your invitation to come along and join in a foot stomping, rafter shaking production that portrays the story of a legendary blues giant that is in itself the story of the blues!
