The Vagina Monologues **AUDITIONS**

We are a group of women who are going to put on a V-Day production of The Vagina Monologues and some fund/awareness raising activities in February and March 2009. We would like to meet lots of other women to be part of our production. We are looking for actresses, techies, fundraisers and anyone else who would like to help. ***Auditions for the play "The Vagina Monologues" will be held on the 9th and 10th October at the Bristol Old Vic. Please arrive for a 6pm start and expect to be there for a couple of hours. The pieces for audition will be The Flood, My Angry Vagina and Because He Liked To Look At It. ***

V-Day is a huge campaign that originated in the US and Canada and it's aim is to halt all forms of violence against women and girls. People involved in this campaign raise money for their local women's charities rather than sending all the money to one big channel.
