Speaking with Confidence in Public

This one-day course is for anyone who feels they don't always get their point across when speaking in informal groups or meetings. You will learn the elements of effective communication, explore the difficulties you have in speaking up, and practise ways to overcome them. This course is particularly useful for people working or volunteering in community settings, and will run at Barton Hill Settlement. The fee is £25.
