Faithnet South West - Face to Face and Side by Side - A Framework for Partnership in our Multi-Faith Society

This conference is for:

• Faith groups wanting to work together to build understanding
• Those wishing to work together to make better communities
• Those interested in working with their local council or with the voluntary sector on community projects
•  Local Authorities concerned to engage the faith communties in their area to increase participation and support for community service delivery
• voluntary and community sector bodies who want to make a difference in strengthing community life

Face-to-Face and Side-by-Side sets out core principles and some practical suggestions for ways in which faith groups and partners, including Local Authorities, can work better together.  It announces the Faiths in Action funding programme as well as funding for Regional Forums of Faith.
