This course is designed to develop underpinning knowledge to help you understand legal structures. By the end of the session you will be able to:
· Identify and understand the legal structure of your organisation and those you have dealings with
· Assess whether your legal structure meets your current needs
· Know the options for future change or development
There will be scope for a clinic for organisations to raise questions at the end of the session.
Who’s it for? This course is for anyone who would like to know more about legal structures and who is considering changing their legal structure
