Booking a Tour for your Work

£15 per person

Theatre Bath has organised a one-day workshop in Bath for theatre practitioners who are thinking of taking their work on tour but are not sure where to begin.  The day will include:

• How to find and approach the right venue/festival for your work
• How to assess your work and to understand your place in the market
• How much it will cost and how much you can charge
• Putting together a marketing pack and a tech spec
• Building relationships with promoters

The session will be led by Mark Makin of Makin Projects, a very experienced tour booker and Gemma Okell, Assistant Director at Salisbury Arts Centre will also lead a session from the venue manager’s perspective.
