Amani Project, Tanzania, Fundraising Event

At The Rose Green Centre,  Gordon Road, Whitehall, Bristol, BS5 7DR

Your support is requested to help disabled and street children in Tanzania. The centre, run as The Amani project provides these children with the chance to live their lives in a safe environment with access to education and rehabilitation for them and their families. They are often the poorest and most vulnerable in their society where disability is still very much misunderstood.

Money needs to be raised:-

• So that the children can have breakfast at school before starting their lessons.  Although this may be a very simplistic aim, working with an empty stomach is difficult.
• To buy recycled clothes.
• For Pain relief - The Elders find it difficult to access painkillers, so they are always very grateful for help to relieve pain associated with old age.

The event will include; Music, Caribbean food, Entertainment, Dancing and a Raffle. £15.00 per ticket
