Programme

A Programme is to be produced, and all those coming to the Fair will be encouraged to buy one. It will include a free entry draw on the day, and all proceeds will go to the Children's Hospice for the South West. We would like to use the Programme to publicise all the Groups taking part, and if you would like this, please let me have your relevant details. This could include 'Group Name, when/where you meet, what you do, and contact details for information'. It needs to be a compact entry , and details are needed by Wednesday 17 March please.

Car parking in the area of the Hall is on-street. However, the Scout Group are kindly allowing use of their ground for parking - WEATHER PERMITTING.
This will be limited to one space per Group please. Access into the ground is via the gateway on the left just beyond the Church Hall in Fir Tree Lane.
