Participants will learn how to support groups who are preparing to enter into negotiations and how they can negotiate on behalf of the sector to create opportunities for third sector public service delivery.

·         What types of procurment process are appropriate to different situations

·         What procurement officers want from PQQ and ITT responses

·         Increase your understanding of the commissioning cycle and procurement regulations and how to influence commissioning decisions.

·         Increase your understanding of the functions of and information required by the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and Invitation to Tender.

·         Learn where to find information and support on how to write winning responses.

·         Ensure you are able to apply learning to your own situation and are better equipped to support smaller organisations in going for and winning contracts.
