We are looking for people who would be able to spend at least a couple of hours a week wtih a teenage lad who has a disability, for at least a year.
We are particularly interested in hearing from men who would like to volunteer 1:1 (we do have women as volunteers but teenage boys are not usually matched with young women). It would also be possible to volunteer with a friend, partner or the whole of your family (sometimes it works well to include the disabled young person with your own family activities).
Description:
Time2Share is a local charity supporting disabled children and young people through a volunteer befriending scheme and youth groups.
