It’s also tailored precisely to your individual organisation’s goals and business development approaches. The service includes support for: 

• Business planning; 
• Social enterprise development; 
• Grant fundraising advice and support;
• Developing trading models and working towards social investment. 

For example, tailored funding support could involve: 

• Facilitating strategic or business planning with a group of trustees or directors;
• Working with one key person in your organisation to develop a specific product, service or funding bid;
• Using the monitoring and evaluation evidence you’ve gathered from service delivery to identify new opportunities and routes towards sustainability. 

Where your needs are best met through funded projects such as Bristol’s Local Access Partnership, we’ll connect you to the most appropriate delivery partner.
If the expertise you require isn’t available through such projects or partners, we’ll identify one of Voscur’s staff or Associates to discuss your needs instead, wherever possible.
If the support you need involves a charge, we’ll provide you with a detailed and transparent proposal and work with you to find the most effective approach.
