This free session run by Voscur and the Learning Curve will give you ideas, hints and tips on how to develop the skills of your paid and unpaid staff.
The session will demonstrate various training needs assessment tools and look at practical ways of meeting training and development needs.
By the end of the session participants will have:
- A toolkit to use in your organisation
- An understanding of how to use the toolkit
- Information on resources and funding for training
