Conflict - Dealing with Difficult Behaviour

This one-day course will provide you with the tools to deal with conflict in work or at home and in your community. You will also develop a greater understanding of your own personal reaction to conflict situations. This will be a really practical day where you can practice managing challenging situations in a number of ways. Among other things this course will cover:

• Our triggers and how we behave

• 'I' statements

• Sharing and learning from experiences

• Practical opportunities to use tools and tips to deal with difficult behaviour
