By the end of this session you will be able to take back more information and an action plan to your organisation.

This course is for anyone who needs to understand a bit more about their role on the board and who wants to be more effective.  Ideally, you should have attended 'Why am I on the committee' or 'Roles and Responsibilities 1' to attend this training.
