Update: Worklessness funding (Flexible Support Fund)

Further to the recent news piece and event (Update: Opportunity for Worklessness funding, 11/1/12), this update aims to keep interested parties informed about developments in this funding opportunity.

Bristol City Council and Jobcentre Plus continue their discussions about the detail of the outcomes, outputs and payment schedule. We expect those details to be finalised and the application process released in the next couple of days (w/c 6 Feb 2012).

Voscur is working with the local authority to support Bristol's VCS in this opportunity. The sessions that were to take place in mid January have now been rearranged. The sessions have changed slightly in response to the opportunity and two repeat 'Briefings on Flexible Support Fund Application Process' will be held. The briefings are designed to help organisations further understand the requirements of Bristol City Council/Jobcentre Plus so that they can develop their proposals.
