Along with Community Learning West, WECIL has developed a pre-employment course with a difference, this is a course for anyone who identifies as disabled including hidden disabilities such as mental health conditions and dyslexia.  Better Together is for those who are on their first steps of their journey back into employment or learning and will concentrate on building confidence and improving wellbeing.

Better Together is a 5 week course and will be run from various locations around Bristol – in fact if you have a room and think this would be of benefit to your service users please contact Alison Browning about running a course at your centre.
