Coping with Loss and Change for Carers
This course is for carers looking after someone with a life-limiting illness, near the end of life or changes in their caring role, e.g. the person cared for is moving into a care home. It gives carers a safe place to discuss complex issues and feelings, to share knowledge and learn strategies to manage their own health needs.
