EVERYONE WANTS TO AGE BETTER HEALTH AND WELLBEING EVENT

This FREE event is aimed at people over 50. Support workers, carers, friends and family most welcome

Wide range of Health and Wellbeing organisations information stands: Bristol Active Ageing, Bristol Black Carers, Rethink, CASS, Talking Tables, Community Navigators etc.

Opportunity to sign up for FREE brand new Kitchen appliance to help save energy? With Replicate.

Health and Wellbeing talks and discussion: “Loving yourself”,” “Take a Lunch Break”. “30 mins 5 X a day”

Meet with some of the people who deliver Over 50 Clubs activities:Geriattics, Sammy’s Pop Up Club, Over 50s DIY club, Happiness Seekers St. Pauls People Over 50’s Cinema club and much more.

Workshops: Happiness Seekers T: Shirt printing workshop. Life Space Art Space: Arts and Craft workshop; Wellbeing Tree workshop

Demonstrations: Sewing with a Rock Style, Everyone Active fitness taster activities.Please wear sensible clothing if you wish to try any physical activity.

Weight, blood pressure and Body mass index checks..

Great health and wellbeing raffle prizes, including opportunity to win a FREE Everyone Active Gym Membership and discounted Everyone Active memberships offers on the day.

Available to try out throughout the event: New Age Curling, Badminton, table tennis etc

Collect a free led energy efficient light bulb. (Limited supply)
