This information-packed event will equip you with all the knowledge and confidence you need to be able to talk about Fair Trade at events in Bristol.

Whether you'd like to volunteer to represent Bristol Fair Trade at events around the city, put on your own event in support of Fair Trade, or simply use your knowledge to inspire friends, colleagues, classes and community groups, you'll leave with a solid understanding of the world of Fair Trade today.

Training attendees will also be treated to a behind the scenes tour of local importers and roasters of Fairtrade coffee, Wogan Coffee.

Your training session will include:

  • An overview of Fair Trade with the latest updates on progress, challenges and campaigns
  • How to tackle difficult questions
  • A chance to practise and troubleshoot with role play sessions
  • Information on how to stay connected as a network of volunteers
  • Q&A
  • A behind the scenes tour of Wogan Coffee

We encourage attendees to arrive on foot or by public transport, but parking is available at Cabot Circus.

Please eat your lunch before arriving at the session.
