Improving your Theory of Change
Theory of Change (ToC) is a very useful tool for your organisation to use to define your impact, work more effectively as a team and communicate your value to external stakeholders and funders. The course will enable you to examine a basic or draft ToC and look at how to develop its comprehensiveness and increase its effectiveness.
This course will cover:
- What uses will we put our ToC to, and how does that effect its constuction?
- What can we add to make it more comprehensive?
- Using data to inform your ToC
- Evaluating and testing your ToC
Who is the course for: Staff, Trustees and volunteers with responsibility for, and knowledge of, their organisations strategic development and impact.
In order to benefit from this course you will need to have either attended “Starting your Theory of Change” or have already been involved in work towards a ToC for your organisation.
