This is a two part course to help senior staff, trustees and directors manage change during COVID-19 and into the new normal.

Part 1 - Managing Change - dealing with the crisis (15 September): All organisations have had to change fast over the last weeks and months. In the process we have changed our operations incredibly fast, a process that has resulted in learning that can help us be more resilient to meet the challenges of the future. This workshop will give you the tools to enable your organisation to capture that learning.

Part 2 - Managing Change – the new normal ( 29 September): What will the future hold after the crisis? What do we imagine the new normal will be? What needs and impact will our organisations respond to? How we apply our learning and understanding of the new landscape will affect our organisations and beneficiaries. This course will focus on future scoping and will give your organisation tools to make strategic decisions for sustainability.

We are offering this as a free course to support the VCSE sector at this time. By booking a place you will have automatically registered for both parts to the course: 15 and 29 September. Each session runs from 9:30am - 12:30pm. We can only accept bookings from those who can commit to both sessions.
