This new online course will support our members to adapt to new circumstances. It will be a basic session for people looking to move their meetings online for the first time.

What is the course about?

The course will help you choose appropriate software and facilitate online meetings, allowing you and your organisations to make meetings digital for the first time. This course also covers the ways that online meetings are different from the face-to-face meetings we are used to.

What will you learn?

1. Choose appropriate software.
2. Schedule and invite people to meetings.
3. Facilitate online meeting conversations.
4. Minute and upload documents.

Who is this course for: Anyone who is new to online meetings, or who has basic knowledge in this area, and their organisation needs to move meetings online for the first time.

What else do you need to know?

You will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You will not require any additional software. You will be emailed an invitation with a link to join the online training prior to the course.

This is a new course and is free of charge as Voscur are currently offering free courses to support the VCSE sector during this challenging time. We will be looking to repeat this course several times over the next few weeks if there is need for this, so please join the waiting list when the course becomes full.
