Partnership working is both an opportunity and a challenge. This one-day session offers a chance to look in more detail at what the practical issues of partnerships are, and the skills you need to meet them.

What is the course about?

This course will help you identify and practice the skills needed to undertake successful partnership working. Partnerships and collaborations are areas of expertise for Voscur, and we have many years' experience of facilitating and advising collaborations in and around Bristol. 

What will you learn?

  1. The range of challenges of partnership working.
  2. How to initiate and maintain effective partnerships.
  3. Skills in negotiating, resolving conflict and collaboration.

Who is this course for: Trustees or staff.

What else do you need to know? Some experience of partnership working is helpful but not essential.
