On this course you will learn how to plan and make professional looking videos using your smartphone. In the current situation with COVID-19 it is crucial for organisations to improve their media content, and this course will help you understand how to improve your smartphone video skills, essential for marketing, social media, internal communications, and evidence gathering.

The course is delivered by Voscur and Compass Video. Compass Video are CPD certified trainers and regularly deliver smartphone filmmaking training to individuals and businesses. Trainer, Keith Seward, is also a guest lecturer at Wiltshire College, teaching the next generation of filmmakers.

What is this course about?

The aims of the course is to instruct the attendee in the skills required to use a smartphone to record professional looking video. There is also advice on equipment, apps and what types of video an individual could make using their new skills.

What else do you need to know?

Learners need to know how to operate the phone that they bring to the training (Apple or Android). Please bring your smartphone to the training course.

Lunch is not provided on this course so please bring your own.

Cancellations:

If you cancel your place on a paid for training course you will need to give at least two weeks' notice. Less than two weeks' notice will result in the full cost of the course being invoiced, unless you can give the place to somebody else. 

If you have been offered a free place, or the training you have booked is a free session: if you do not cancel giving at least two weeks' notice and you fail to attend (and are unable to send someone in your place) an admin fee of £25 will be charged.

Voscur reserves the right to withdraw a course at any time. In these circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative course or date, if applicable.
