The chance for anyone who can't ride a bike independently to give cycling a go!

Life Cycle UK is partnering with Ride Out Ride On to offer people who are visually impaired or disabled the chance to experience the joys and freedoms of cycling.

Our friendly team will be at the CREATE Centre to chat to people about our programme of sociable group rides for people who can't ride a bike independently - and enable anyone who is interested to give it a try.

About the project

Life Cycle's "Two's Company" project recruits sighted volunteers to pilot tandem bikes on an annual programme of sociable group rides. Together with visually impaired 'back riders' they explore green spaces and quiet cycle paths around Bristol. We offer taster days during the summer to spread the word to potential new riders (we welcome anyone aged 8 - 80+) and enable them to get a feel for tandem cycling before they come out on a ride.
