Time is a precious resource, and the voluntary sector is a rewarding but sometimes challenging place to work. We all want to avoid burnout. In this course, you'll learn tips and tricks for making sure you are managing your time as effectively as possible, lowering your stress levels, and learning as you go.


What is this course about?

Improving your time and stress management, and changing habits through reflective practice.

What will you learn?

This course will enable you to:

  • Reflect on time management issues.
  • Understand how to prioritise.
  • Learn how to use your diary/calendar more effectively.
  • Identify tips and tricks to improve time management.
  • Recognise stressors and identify strategies for lowering your stress levels.
  • Understand how reflective practice can help you to adopt healthier work patterns.

Who is this course for?

Any trustee, staff member or volunteer in the VCSE sector.

What else do you need to know?

To take part you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You will not require any additional software. You will be emailed an invitation with a link to join the online training prior to the course.

If you cancel your place on a paid for training course you will need to give at least two weeks' notice. Less than two weeks' notice will result in the full cost of the course being invoiced, unless you can give the place to somebody else. 

If you have been offered a free place, or the training you have booked is a free session: if you do not cancel giving at least two weeks' notice and you fail to attend (and are unable to send someone in your place) an admin fee of £25 will be charged.

Voscur reserves the right to withdraw a course at any time. In these circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative course or date, if applicable.
