This event will take place in person. You are welcome to join us online from 16:00 to view the AGM and the following update.

Please note that members who are unable to attend in person, including those who view the AGM online, have the right to appoint a proxy to attend the meeting and vote on their behalf. Members who view the AGM online will only be eligible to vote through a proxy who attends the meeting in person.

The proxy form, which is available to download below and will be emailed to all members registering to view the AGM online, will offer members the opportunity to appoint a Voscur staff member as a proxy. If you opt to appoint a Voscur staff member as a proxy, you will be able to provide them with instructions for voting. You may also select your own proxy.
